Configure the qualifications and abilities

  • You will be able to define the different kind of workers and their qualifications.
  • To enter the personal data of your workers and other characteristics like qualifications and abilities.
  • You will be able to define the qualifications which will identify the various types of workers. Once defined, assign to each worker the one or more qualifications or abilities, that will define the set of tasks he can perform.
  • One you created the qualifications, you will be able to create work requests for one or more qualification.

Introduce all the legal requirements of your company

  • Don't think about work regulations, you will be able to introduce the legal requirements your company must comply with, like collective conventions, contracts, work time legislations ...
  • PGPlanning allows configuring important data like annual working hours, holidays, public holidays, working week, of each worker.
  • At any time, you can see the actual working hours of a worker and see the difference between the theoretical and actual work day. You can see as well the requested holidays and the number of nights worked.
  • Once all the applicable work contracts are entered, you will be able to assign them to your workers, so that the system can take into account the conditions that apply to each worker.

Specify all these conditions, restrictions, criteria for each worker

  • You will be able to configure specific conditions for each worker, shift, location and qualification preferences.

Additionnally you will be able to specify multiple restrictions and criteria for each of the worker:

  • Limit the total number of hours or shifts the workers should do, depending on the kind of contract.
  • Restrictions relative to the maximum number of consecutive nights of work.
  • Minimum and maximum number of consecutive worked days.
  • Minimum and maximum of consecutive worked week-ends.
  • Minimum and maximum week-ends worked in a month.
  • Minimum and maximum days off after a night-shift.
  • Pattern or cyclical shift assignment.



Enter the holidays of your workers:

  • Through a calendar component personalised for each worker, you will be able to enter his holidays and days off. The system will respect these days when generating the timetable.
  • You can define the calendar that applies to your work center, including public holidays. The system will take it into account when generating the planning.
  • The public holidays will be assigned based on the location of the worker, if it is different from the location of the central office.
  • The system will assign days off intelligently, to adjust them to the total hours worked, and respecting the defined work requests.
  • You will be able to define the holidays of each worker before generating his timetable.
