PGPLANNING informs with complete transparency about the handling of your personal data so that you understand it clearly:

  • Why we need to process your data.
  • What data may we hold about you and for how long.
  • Who we share them with.
  • What your rights are regarding this and how you can exercise them.

PGPLANNING will treat your data with full respect for the current data protection regulations, without subjecting it to exclusively automated decisions or profiling that could significantly affect you, and without using it for purposes other than those reflected in this document.

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  1. Management of the selection processes, supported by a legitimate interest in selecting personnel to fill job positions and, where applicable, by the request made by the candidate themselves.
  2. Additionally, and only if applicable, we will also process your data for control and security purposes, legal advice, and regulatory compliance, as it is necessary to satisfy our legitimate interest in defending our interests and rights, in preventing behaviors contrary to our internal codes and regulations, and to comply with legal obligations that apply to us (such as auditing, compliance with criminal law regulations, personal data protection…).

Your personal data will be retained for 1 year from the reception of the application, CV, or candidate history unless it is necessary to retain it for a longer period for the formulation or defense of possible claims or for the investigation of possible irregularities or criminal acts.

In most cases, you or your legal representative will have provided us with your personal data, but we may also have obtained it through LinkedIn or talent search companies.

The types of data we use from you are identification, contact, academic and/or professional, employment occupation, or any other data that you provide to us either directly or through your CV. Very rarely, we might also process other types of information that are relevant in a potential incident, investigation, or claim.

We may share your personal data with the following entities and/or individuals:

  • Public administrations, other public bodies, and entities authorised by law, when required or necessary.
  • Exceptionally, with courts and tribunals or other conflict resolution bodies, such as arbitration courts and mediators.
  • Consulting firms or professionals, advisory services, or legal defence.

Additionally, our following providers have access to some of your personal data in order to provide the contracted services to us, but we ensure that they treat it with the same care as we do, that they apply high protection guarantees, and that they can only use it for what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes detailed above:

  • IT infrastructure providers.
  • Other providers that may complement or replace the ones mentioned above.

It is not anticipated that your data will be processed outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to access it, to have it rectified, or, where applicable, deleted. In certain circumstances, you also have the right to limit the processing of your data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims, and to object to our processing of it.

You can exercise your right to object to the purposes which, among those described above, are based on the satisfaction of a legitimate interest. This right may be denied if, in view of the request made, it is proven that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or if the data is necessary for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.
