We started using the PGPlanning tool because, although it seemed simple at first, as we opened several stores, scheduling and shift management started to become a real nightmare. It was a management task that took us a lot of time but did not add any value to the company. Starting to use the tool brought about a big change; it is very simple, intuitive, allows for quick changes, and distributes schedules fairly and equitably. Employees use it with great ease and have appreciated that everything is simpler, transparent, and immediate. The tool is very useful for keeping track of part-time employees and controlling the hours of discontinuous staff. It has been a great investment, 100% advisable.
