Schedules and Shifts

PGPlanning solves multiple shift-related issues, both with and without patterns. It’s unlikely that we won’t be able to resolve it if a solution exists for your problem.

It is very common to search for, ask about, or find patterns from other companies, such as 6-3, 6-4, or any other combination, but what works for some companies does not necessarily have to work for your business or employees. Our goal is to find a schedule that meets the needs of your business, respects the terms of the work agreement, and ensures maximum employee satisfaction. It will be a unique schedule, tailored to you and your number of employees.

Certainly. We can combine different techniques to manage these variations while overseeing the entire annual roster.

Of course, it is common to have an existing pattern, cycle, or rotation that you want to continue using, even if it’s with one group of people, and to look for different solutions if needed for others.

Yes, rosters can be imported automatically, following certain guidelines for the import process.

Yes, you will be able to define all incidents, paid leaves, leaves by days or hours, hour banks per employee, compensations, overtime, absences, and countless other possibilities.

Employee Portal

Yes, it is a basic feature. They can view their roster in real time from their PC, tablet, or mobile, no matter where they are.

Yes, if you wish. It is possible to view the roster of colleagues to request and promote shift changes between them.

Yes, if you choose to allow it. Employee A requests a shift change from B. If A and B agree, the request is automatically sent to their validator. If the validator approves it, both employees are notified, and the shift is automatically updated in their roster, with a record of the request kept for both. All with a single click.

It is a basic feature. Employees will request vacations, which will be approved or denied by their manager and the defined validation chain of up to four levels. They will be able to see pending days, total days, approved days, and days taken.

Yes, automatically and in bulk. Payroll, model 145, and withholding certificate. Additionally, when downloaded, it leaves a record of the date and time using a personal download PIN for each employee.

An app can be used, but it’s not necessary if you don’t want to install anything on your mobile device. Logging in with a username and password is sufficient.

Attendance Control

You won’t need to acquire any proprietary hardware. We don’t want to leave you in a bind due to a malfunction or make you depend on specific hardware for the software. You can clock in using a PC, tablet, or mobile device.

No, currently we do not use that system. We opt for more innovative, convenient, and faster technologies, such as clocking in through NFC technologies without physical contact with the terminal. Of course, this is without all the implications of handling biometric data and all that it entails for the company in relation to data protection laws.

Nowadays, remote work and itinerant workers are a common denominator. Being able to clock in from anywhere is essential and can be combined with on-site clocking. You decide if you want to geolocate each clock-in. If so, you will see a map, level of precision, etc., for each clock-in.

Yes, and it can also be automatically sent or posted on the employee portal for those workers to whom we have to deliver it monthly. Also, of course, for labor inspection purposes.

You will be able to define all the incidents you want for controlling the hours that count and those that do not, allowing clocking in for breaks, personal matters, and anything else you want to configure either by agreements or contracts (permits).

In multinational environments or even in locations in the Canary Islands, it is common to have a terminal with the APP that allows you to define that time zone. This enables centralisation of time clock ins according to each location’s time zone. An employee can clock in at different terminals with different time zones.

Of course, you only need a browser. This option is very useful, especially in the retail sector, gas stations, etc., where a POS is already available, and there is no desire to install an additional device.

Simulation

It is optional; if you don’t need it, you don’t have to purchase it.

Yes, the functionality allows you to work in a parallel environment without altering the actual planning, while using your real data.

Yes, you can overwrite your actual roster with the new one at any time.

As many times as you need, at any time.

No, they are independent environments, although they are linked for transferring data from one to the other.
